I have heard of many tips for cleaning red and white wine from carpet and clothes:
1- Use a dry rag. Do not rub, just press on the affected area to help the rag suck the wine.
2- Do not use a rag. Spray salt on the spot. Salt will suck the wine. You can then vaccuum the wet salt.
3- Resolve. Just spray it, wait a minute and clean with a wet or dry rag.
From experience, Resolve has been the best solution for me so far. Do you have any tips?

Resolve has alwaqys worked for me. If Resolve is not available, do not use a rag. Just spray salt on the spot to suck the wine from the fibers, then vaccuum it.
