Dark ink stains on white clothing. How to remove without the ink bleeding?

I have a white chef's jacket that I washed with an ink pen in the sleeve pocket. Does anyone know what I can use to take out the initial stain without it bleeding into the fabric?
Other options
I also heard that alcohol, glycerine, even milk or lemon and salt may work for ink stains!
Bleach?
Do you think you can bleach the jacket since it is white? Is bleach safe on this fabric?
